Shipments and returns

We use a number of different companys to ship our parcels depending on size weight & destination.

Post Office

2nd class recorded delivery is used as default on most items upto 2kg in weight.

1st class recorded delivery can be used if requested at extra cost

Royal Mail Special delivery before 1pm next day can be used if requested at extra cost

International recorded delivery service

For International items under 2kg in weight

Courier Services

These are used for items over 2kg in weight, unless specified UPS Next day delivery is the default service used.

Orders placed & payed for in full before 2pm which are tobe shipped out by Royal Mail we will try & dispatch the same day.
